Sobre el Plagio

All submissions of original, unpublished work are subject to the plagiarism detection policy derived from the UJMD’s editorial policy. Consequently, the UJMD journal will reject any work found to contain any form of plagiarism, such as:

Copying another person's work, whether in whole or in part.
Self-plagiarism, whether total, partial, or incremental. If plagiarism is confirmed, the Editorial Board will be informed of the extent of the plagiarism; the article will subsequently be rejected, and the author will be notified of the reason for the rejection.

To support the review process, all articles will be checked using the anti-plagiarism tool (Turnitin), with the aim of maintaining a maximum similarity rate of 15%—accounting for direct quotations and standard phrasing.
